Custom and Tract Homes
For decades the principals of DCEG, Inc. have built custom homes and tract homes, and have been recognized throughout the community as builders of high quality, superbly crafted homes. Our focus has always been to provide a finished product that reflects the needs and desires of even our most fastidious clients. Construction Engineering
DCEG, Inc. provides services beyond general building ("B" License) construction. As an "A" licensed contractor, we often assist our clients by providing general engineering construction services. Utilizing in-house personnel, or working with our cadre of qualified sub-contractors (in the various construction disciplines), our services include grading, demolition, sewer and water line installation, underground utility installation, and street improvements; including paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk etc. As a bonded and insured general contractor and general engineering contractor, DCEG, Inc. is licensed in the state of California to construct such diverse projects as custom homes, utility undergrounding, freeway construction, nuclear power plants, schools, churches and large construction projects.
Tenant Improvements
DCEG, Inc. will work with your Architect or recommend an Architect, or several Architects for you to choose from, that will work closely with you and assist you in the implementation of your vision and design concepts. Over the past couple of decades we have provided tenant improvements services for a wide range of clients and business including restaurants, medical offices, grocery stores, public and private school facilities, storage facilities and many other types of structures. Our Clients include such names as Fatburger Restaurants, Hamburger Hamlet, Ralph’s/Food4-Less Markets, Twin Dragon Restaurants, to name a few
Renovation
DCEG, Inc. works with our clients to provide residential and commercial renovation services that include basic concepts such as flooring, kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Our services also often include major renovations including copper re-piping, complete electrical re-wiring, window replacement, re-roofing, and heating and air conditioning upgrades. Landscaping can also be a major renovation that when designed and constructed properly, will provide a complete transformation of your home or business.
Land Development
DCEG, Inc. draws from thirty plus years of experience in the area of land development. Each of the principals has worked with many cities i.e. Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and has a thorough understanding of the subdivision and entitlement process. Our experience allows us to provide an array of services through our group of development consultants; such as civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, title companies, attorneys and the Department of Real Estate etc. From land acquisition to final construction DCEG, Inc. has the experience, in conjunction with our highly qualified consultants, to satisfy all of your land development needs.
Landscaping
DCEG, Inc. often works in conjunction with professional landscape designers and other professionals to provide complete soft and hard landscaping solutions; including custom concrete and stone design. Our landscape professionals are very knowledgeable in presentation concepts, green-scape designs, and incorporating drought and water conservation concepts. DCEG, Inc. also provides our clients the option of continued professional maintenance of their property.
